Hell 5EX is only £65 or so, compared to the main site selling it at nearly £200!! And I don't see a major issue of it not being downloadable myself.ĮDIT: Looking closer CSP does have similar features, but the EX version is priced at nearly £150 or around that whilst, as said, I can get MS5EX for only £65 from amazon.Our client is on a mission to eradicate unemployment. It seems better to wait for version 6 to be released and buy that from the directly to get the discount. If you already own 5.5, I can't see ANY reason to get this Steam version? I think it's a wasted opportunity not allowing current openCanvas 5.5 users to transfer their licences to a Steam version, it would have really helped promoting oC with reviews/artworks/community etc. which is odd considering even indie developers can manage it.
Yes, I emailed them about this and it looks as if they don't really understand Steam DRM or have the infrastructure to convert existing serials to Steam keys.
